Board of Directors

It is essential that good relations between Board and Management are established and upheld. Since the Board sets the policies of the property, it is Management's function to carry out their directions.

One or more meetings per month should be held for discussion of the following items;

• Property Managers Monthly Report
• Tenders for work to be carried out
• Budget comparison to expenses
• General problems pertinent to the property
• Individual owner concerns and requests
• Other items requiring the Board's attention, consideration or approval
• The services outlined here are designed to fulfill the needs of the client and are modified to meet each unique situation.
